Have you heard of Eco-Therapy? It is a therapeutic approach being used with a variety of populations, to include veteran populations, to re-connect with nature while working through the underlying causes for their symptoms. It is also a time to connect with other who have shared similar experiences while experiencing something new and stepping out of your comfort zone. Operation RSF is working to partnering with organizations to organize outdoor trips ranging from 1-7 days with a variety of activities as well as skill levels.
